Financial Analyst

Responsibilities

As a key member of our team, Analyst responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 

• Conduct financial and market research and analysis (e.g. internal process assessment, competitive analysis or marketplace trends)
• Create and oversee business dashboards and metrics to manage business performance
• Assist with creating and tracking business cases for new investments and company-wide operating plans
• Effectively communicate summary of findings to both team and company executives
• Work directly with all functional groups in the organization

Qualifications

We are looking for:

• B.A. or B.S. with relevant major (e.g. Finance, Mathematics, Management) or relevant industry experience
• Strong analytical, communication and business writing skills
• Good organizational and project management skills, including ability to prioritize in a multi-task environment.
• Strong team player attitude
• Ability to take initiative and provide constructive input on project work.
• Proficient with Microsoft tools, including Excel and PowerPoint
• College internship, co-op, or summer experience at a premier consulting firm highly valued
