Summary:

The Senior Acquisition Marketing Manager will be a critical member of the customer acquisition team and will serve as the strategist and steward of a wide range of programs from online, radio and print advertising, to direct response campaigns. In this dynamic position you will be empowered to propel our marketing efforts forward, encouraged to take calculated risks and challenged to drive results. The ideal candidate will be as comfortable with marketing and corporate strategy as they are with getting in the details of program execution. Our organization thrives on measurement and accountability and this position will require a seasoned marketer who is driven by data. If you have a track record for success and are ready to join a fast paced organization, with advanced analytic capabilities, and a focus on aggressive customer growth then this is the position for you.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement and manage acquisition strategies for current and future CTCT products
  • Monitor campaign performance and recommend strategies to address areas for improvement
  • Develop and maintain multiple campaign timelines simultaneously
  • Develop, manage, implement and measure message testing
  • Manage agency relationships
  • Monitor and report on budget vs. actual expenses
  • Work with website team to ensure proper execution of initiatives
  • Collaborate with conversion team to devise and implement landing page tests
  • Establish relationships with industry authorities
  • Analyze and report on campaign effectiveness

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • 10+ years of successful marketing experience
  • Some client side experience
  • Experience with internet marketing and tracking
  • Detail orientated candidate is a must
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks at once and work to deadlines
  • Must be self motivated and enjoy interacting with vendors/suppliers
  • Ability to be flexible and self sufficient
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated, confident and creative
  • Ability to work well in a collaborative environment
  • PC literacy is necessary including MS Office, Outlook and Excel
