Strategic Finance Manager

Responsibilities

As a key member of our team, Manager responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Serve as "CFO" to Exec Team functional lead(s)
  • Design, lead and/or conduct financial and market research and analysis (e.g. internal process assessment, competitive analysis or marketplace trends)
  • Create and oversee business dashboards and metrics to manage business performance
  • Assist with creating and tracking business cases for new investments and company-wide operating plans
  • Develop synthesized presentations and presents to senior management
  • Work directly with all functional groups in the organization
  • Supervise junior team members

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field
  • Masters Degree in Business Administration or other advanced degree preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years demonstrated Strategic and/or Financial Planning experience with a record of progressive leadership positions in technology, financial services and/or management consulting
  • Solid understanding and demonstrated experience managing strategic and operational planning activities
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively collaborate with and influence others at all organizational levels
  • High level of organizational astuteness, professionalism, executive presence and poise
  • Ability to develop and articulate general strategies and detailed operational plans
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects and ability to plan and facilitate effective meetings; demonstrated leadership skills in team and/or group settings
  • Exemplary writing and communication skills
  • Ability to create highly professional and effective presentations for senior leadership and demonstrated experience presenting information at all levels
