Roving Software Inc. today announced in conjunction with the Microsoft Commerce Solutions Briefing that it will integrate Constant Contact(TM) with Microsoft Site Server 3.0 Commerce Edition and its Commerce Interchange Pipeline for the Windows NT Server platform. Availability and pricing will be announced later this year.

The high performance of Site Server 3.0 Commerce Edition, Microsoft SQL Server and Windows NT coupled with the direct marketing power of Constant Contact means that small-to-medium-sized online merchants can emulate the best practices of leading large online retailers by executing the critical actions necessary to retain customers, build loyalty and increase sales:

  • empowering customers with order and shipping-related information,
  • reaching customers away from the site with targeted information drawing them back to the site to make additional purchases,
