CONSTANT CONTACT MARKS MILESTONE WITH WESTERN EXPANSION

Leader in email marketing for small organizations to open second office in Colorado

Waltham, MA - June 04, 2008

Constant Contact®, Inc. (NasdaqGM: CTCT), a leading provider of email marketing and online surveys for small organizations, today announced plans to open a second office in Loveland, Colorado, which marks the Company's first expansion beyond its current corporate headquarters in Waltham, Massachusetts.

By the end of 2008, Constant Contact expects to grow the Colorado office to 50 customer operations personnel who will help the Company continue to provide a superior level of service for its growing email marketing customer base of more than 185,000. Constant Contact will begin its operations in temporary offices in July before moving to a newly constructed 50,000 square foot office building in the first half of 2009.

Following strong customer growth over the past several years, Constant Contact identified the need to add a second location staffed with top talent to maintain its industry-leading customer service, and Northern Colorado, with its highly-skilled workforce and proximity to several higher education institutions, was a natural choice for this expansion. The location also has a significant number of Constant Contact customers and channel partners.

"Our commitment to serving our growing customer base was a key driver for our expansion. We anticipate that the opening of our Colorado office will play an important role in continuing to deliver world-class levels of support and education to our customers," said Gail Goodman, CEO of Constant Contact. "Our new site in Loveland will allow us to become a member of the dynamic Northern Colorado business community and support our mission of helping our customers achieve success for their business or organization."

"The Northern Colorado business community will benefit greatly from Constant Contact's presence," said Maury Dobbie, President & CEO, Northern Colorado Economic Development Corporation (NCEDC). "Not only will the company's local operations bring new quality primary jobs and increased revenue to the community, but Constant Contact's status as a brand name company and leader in their field brings greater attention to Loveland and the benefits of doing business here."

Constant Contact's permanent location, slated for completion in the first half of 2009, will be located in Precision Office Park at Centerra, a master planned community, in Loveland, Colorado. Its temporary location will also be in Loveland at Hahn's Peak One, 4850 Hahn's Peak Drive.
