CONSTANT CONTACT LAUNCHES "CARES4KIDS" PROGRAM TO SUPPORT NONPROFITS THAT HELP CHILDREN

Initiative to Help Local Nonprofit Organizations Communicate with their Key Constituencies

Junior Achievement Joins Program as Global Partner

Waltham, MA. - December 13, 2005

Constant Contact® (www.constantcontact.com), the leading email marketing service for small businesses, associations, and nonprofits, today announced the launch of its "Cares4Kids" program. "Cares4Kids" is dedicated to assisting local nonprofit organizations that help children through social and educational programs.

The "Cares4Kids" program (http://www.cares4kids.com) is designed to help children-focused organizations communicate and connect at a local level by enabling Constant Contact customers, partners and employees to sponsor a free Constant Contact account for those groups that meet the program requirements. The account gives these nonprofits the ability to reach out to their key audiences easily and effectively using Constant Contact's leading email marketing tools, thereby helping build support and awareness of their mission in the communities that they serve. In addition, as part of the program, sponsors will donate their time to assist the nonprofit organization they have chosen. Utilizing their own email marketing proficiency, sponsors will help the organization in setting up and using the Constant Contact service to communicate.

"A challenge that many nonprofits face today is their ability to employ the latest tools given their limited staff, financial and technical resources. They often need the help, support, expertise and financial contributions of others in order to meet their goals of helping children succeed in life," said Gail Goodman, CEO of Constant Contact. "Constant Contact's 'Cares4Kids' program helps address this critical need by giving them an effective web-based tool to help bridge the communications gap that exists for many nonprofits and the communities they serve."

"We are proud to be the Global Partner for the Cares4Kids program," said Tom Dewar, senior vice president of development for JA Worldwide. "The ability of our local chapters to communicate news, programs, and events is a crucial element towards achieving our goal of bringing the real world to children. We look forward to working with Constant Contact towards that goal."

Constant Contact is also pleased to announce other organizations that have already been sponsored into the new Cares4Kids program:

America Scores:
The Constant Contact product has been a tremendous resource in helping our local chapters communicate with volunteers, donors, and media," said Paul Caccamo, President of America Scores. "We are thrilled to be one of the first members of the Cares4Kids program."

Young Entrepreneurs Alliance:
Our mission is to provide teens the skills they need to grow and achieve success in their life endeavors," said Julie Nessen, Executive Director of YEA. "The Cares4Kids program has provided us with a great way to communicate with, and give training support for, our kids."
