CONSTANT CONTACT PARTNERS WITH WINMARK CORPORATION TO PROVIDE EMAIL MARKETING TO HUNDREDS OF FRANCHISES

Agreement gives Winmark franchises access to Constant Contact's email marketing product which drive sales with branded emails

Waltham, MA. - February 26, 2007

Constant Contact® (www.constantcontact.com), the leading email marketing service for small businesses, associations, and nonprofits, today announced a partnership agreement with Winmark Corporation (NASDAQ: WINA) that will provide hundreds of Winmark brand franchises with access to Constant Contact's email marketing product and services. Winmark is a recognized leader in franchise-owned and operated businesses that buy, sell, and trade new and used merchandise under the brands: Play It Again Sports®, Once Upon A Child®, Plato's Closet®, and Music Go Round®.

By joining the Constant Contact Franchise Program, Winmark will help their franchisees connect with their customers locally by using Constant Contact's award-winning email marketing product. In addition, Winmark is able to protect and preserve its franchise brand, image, and core messaging across the corporation through the email marketing program. To date, more than 200 Winmark franchises - out of more than 800 in North America - have adopted Constant Contact's email marketing product for their customer marketing and communications efforts.
