CONSTANT CONTACT APPOINTS ROBERT P. BADAVAS TO ITS BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Badavas, president and CEO, TAC Worldwide, has been named to its board of directors. Badavas brings extensive experience in business development, finance, and corporate strategy, which will help guide Constant Contact's financial strategies for continued growth.

Badavas joined TAC Worldwide in 2003, as the executive vice president and chief financial officer; in December of 2005, he was appointed president and CEO. Prior to his time at TAC Worldwide, Badavas was a senior partner and chief operating officer at Atlas Venture, CEO at Cerulean Technology, and held several executive leadership roles at Chipcom Corporation, including CFO and treasurer.
