CONSTANT CONTACT CEO, GAIL GOODMAN, WINS STEVIE® AWARD IN 4TH ANNUAL STEVIE AWARDS FOR WOMEN IN BUSINESS

Gail Goodman, CEO of Constant Contact, was named Best Entrepreneur in the Stevie Awards for Women in Business, announced on November 12. Gail was recognized by the Stevie Award judges for her bold thinking and decisive leadership as CEO of Constant Contact. Constant Contact®, Inc. Presented by Infiniti, the 2007 Stevie Awards for Women in Business is an international competition recognizing the accomplishments of outstanding women executives, business owners, and the companies they run. The awards are produced by the creators of the prestigious American Business Awards, hailed as "the business world's own Oscars" (New York Post, April 27, 2005).

The Stevie Awards were handed out in categories including Best Entrepreneur, Best Executive, Lifetime Achievement, and Women Helping Women at the gala event in Las Vegas on November 12. More than 800 entries from companies of all sizes and in virtually every industry were submitted for consideration.

Gail was honored as the Best Entrepreneur in the "Non-Services Businesses, up to 2,500 employees" category. As CEO, Gail has led Constant Contact as it has grown from seven employees and a small customer base, to more than 300 employees and more than 145,000 customers today. Gail's sharp focus on the needs of small businesses and nonprofits, the development of an innovative partnership strategy, and commitment to customer support and education are at the core of Constant Contact's successful business model. The Stevie Awards for Women in Business are governed by a Board of Distinguished Judges & Advisors that features many leading women entrepreneurs and luminaries in business. Members of the Awards' Board selected Stevie winners from among the finalists. Finalists were chosen by business professional worldwide during the preliminary judging period.
