CONSTANT CONTACT NAMED AS FINALIST IN 2010 STEVIE AWARDS FOR THREE SALES AND CUSTOMER SERVICE AWARDS

Constant Contact®, Inc. (Nasdaq: CTCT), a leading provider of email marketing, event marketing and online survey tools for small organizations, today announced it has been named a finalist in three categories in the fourth annual Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service. The fourth Annual Stevie Awards will be presented February 22nd in Miami Beach, Florida.
Constant Contact was selected from more than 500 organizations of all sizes and in virtually every industry. The company was named a finalist for Customer Service Department of the Year - IT & Telecommunications, and Sales Department of the Year - Computer Software. In addition, Tier 3 Technical Support Representative, Dave Berard was named a finalist for Customer Service Contact Center Professional of the Year.

Members of the Awards' Board of Distinguished Judges & Advisors will select Stevie Award winners from among the Finalists during final judging, to take place January 25 -
February 3. Finalists were chosen by business professionals worldwide during preliminary judging.
Nicknamed the Stevies for the Greek word "crowned," winners will be announced during a gala banquet on Monday, February 22 at the Eden Roc Renaissance Hotel in Miami Beach, Florida. Nominated customer service and sales executives from the U.S.A. and several other countries are expected to attend.
