Thanks for your comment! Yes, you absolutely can use an online survey without an email to let people RSVP for your events. To do this, just create a simple online survey that includes something like this:

1. To register for this event, please enter your name and email address. (Use the personal question type for this.)
2. Please enter any questions you would like the speaker to address. (Use the open-ended question type for this.)

Once your survey is created, you will be given a link to your survey that you can put wherever you would like - in an email, on your website, on your social media sites, etc. Here is an FAQ with some details of how to do this.
