I get Michael's newsletter and in spite of the fact that I am usually totally overwhelmed by an over-abundance of email communication, I find myself anticipating his and when it arrives I eagerly open it and read it all the way through. Not only is he a totally engaging writer, Michael has valuable information to share that helps me be better at my work.
