Step 1: Use your Constant Contact online survey to create simple feedback forms for your different products/services. Here is what to include for each:

– How do you rate this item? (From 1 to 5)
– Please enter a title for your review.
– Type your review in the space below.

Step 2: Get feedback from past purchasers. Here are some ideas of where to include a “Rate this item” link that can bring customers to your feedback forms:

– On your website where that product/service is promoted
– In emails that promote that product/service
– In post purchase emails that ask for feedback on the product/service purchased.

Step 3: Make the rating and reviews visible anywhere you promote that product/service so shoppers buy from you rather than the competition.
