In order to use our money-back guarantee, you must have uploaded a list of contacts to your Constant Contact account, and used your account to send at least one email to your contacts. Our money-back guarantee is only available to new, paying Constant Contact customers who at all times abide by our Terms of Service, Privacy Notice and Acceptable UsePolicy and have not taken advantage of the money-back guarantee in the past.
