About Constant Contact

Constant Contact is an online marketing company that collects information at the direction of and as a service to its customers, including the initiator of this campaign. Constant Contact typically has no contractual relationship with you (i.e. the recipient of the marketing or other communication sent by our customers through our platform).

We require our customers, such as the sender of this email, to use our platform only for permission-based email marketing, in compliance with our Anti-Spam Policy. If you believe you have received unwanted, unsolicited messages sent through our platform (or purporting to be sent through our platform), please forward a copy of that message with your comments to abuse@constantcontact.com for review.

Opt-out of Emails from this Sender

Any emails you receive through our platform include an easy, automated way for you to cease receiving email from the sender or to change your expressed interests. If you wish to do this, simply follow the SafeUnsubscribe® or Update Profile links at the end of any email.

Collection and Use of Information from Campaign Recipients and Tracking

We collect any information uploaded to our platform by our customers, including your email addresses or contact information and any campaigns our customers send you. We also collect information from you directly when you submit information to our customers by means of our join-my-mailing-list link. Campaigns sent from our platform may include a web beacon or other tracking technology, which allows us to determine if you open an email, as well as what you click on, the email delivery status and geographic location. We also collect log data, including your IP address, browser type and version. We share this information with our customers so they can optimize their campaigns, customize offerings to you, understand your level of engagement with them and any other uses the sender describes in its online privacy policy. We (or another third party) may also set a cookie on your browser so that our customers can take advantage of other Constant Contact products or services and increase their marketing reach.

Image Web Beacons can be refused when delivered via email by disabling HTML images or refusing HTML (select Text only) emails via your email software. For more information on how to manage cookies in your web browser, see http://www.aboutcookies.org.

Constant Contact is the owner of the data collected through web beacons, cookies and other tracking technologies present in campaigns.

How Constant Contact Handles Data Collected

We will never email you on our own behalf. We may provide any information we collect about you to our customers and use any of it to provide our products and services, to improve our products and services, in connection with our security and compliance programs or for any other legal reason (including as described in our Privacy Statement).

We are located in and store and process your information in the United States, although we may use third party services providers anywhere in the world. By opening emails sent by our customers or otherwise engaging with campaigns sent by our customers, you agree to the above, as well as the applicable provisions of our Privacy Statement.
