Monthly survey responses exceeding your response limit will be billed to your account at $0.05 per response (ex. 100 responses over the limit is $5.00). There is no limit to number of poll responses you can receive each month. Account holders are limited to the number of email contacts stored in their account. This limit is determined by the pricing tier, i.e. for Tier 1: 0 to 500, the email contact limit is 500 email addresses can be managed.
