10 Brevo Alternatives Worth Switching to in 2026

Brevo can be a great platform when you’re just starting out. You get email, SMS, automation, CRM, and transactional messaging without having to piece together several different tools.

But as your marketing grows, you may start noticing little things that are slowing you down. Maybe you want more insight from your reports, your ecommerce needs have become more complex, or you’re simply spending too much time working around features that don’t quite function the way you need them to.

Whatever brought you here, switching email marketing platforms is a big decision. So, we tested the top Brevo alternatives ourselves to see which ones are genuinely worth considering. We compared their features, pricing, usability, and overall experience to help you find a better match for your business.

Disclaimer: The information below is accurate as of August 2026.

Top Brevo competitors to check

  • Constant Contact: A strong choice if you want email, SMS, social media, and events to feel easier to manage in one place. However, transactional emails require a separate provider.
  • MailerLite: Keeps email marketing refreshingly simple while still giving you forms, landing pages, automation, and monetization tools. Brevo still has the edge for more sophisticated customer journeys, though.
  • Omnisend: Makes much more sense when your marketing revolves around an online store, with product recommendations and automations built around how people shop. You lose some of Brevo’s customer relationship management (CRM) functionality in return.
  • ActiveCampaign: Gives you much more room to build sophisticated automations using behavioral data, CRM information, and AI. There’s a lot to play with, but also a lot more to learn.
  • Kit: A natural switch if your audience is becoming a source of revenue through memberships, digital products, or paid newsletters. Just don’t expect the same design flexibility or breadth of marketing tools you get with Brevo.

How we selected the tools on the list

To find the best alternatives to Brevo, we tested each platform hands-on rather than relying solely on feature pages and product claims. We created campaigns, imported and organized contacts, built automation workflows, and reviewed campaign reports to see how each tool handled everyday email marketing tasks.

We then evaluated each Brevo alternative across the same core areas:

  • How easy it was to build, customize, and send an email, including the quality of the editor, templates, and AI tools.
  • The range of triggers, conditions, and actions available and how manageable workflows felt as they became more complex.
  • We explored SMS, CRM, transactional messaging, ecommerce, forms, and landing pages where available, particularly when these offered a meaningful difference from Brevo.
  • How much insight we could get into campaign and subscriber performance and whether useful analytics were restricted to higher plans.
  • We compared starting prices, contact or sending limits, feature restrictions, and how costs change as your marketing needs grow.

Finally, we checked recent software reviews on G2 and Capterra to see whether recurring customer experiences matched what we encountered during testing.

Although Constant Contact is included in this guide, we’ve evaluated it using the same criteria as every other platform and included both its strengths and limitations to keep this comparison as useful and objective as possible.

Now let’s look at these services in more detail, focusing on their pros and cons, features, and pricing.

1. Constant Contact

If you use Brevo mainly for marketing rather than transactional emails, Constant Contact may give you a more focused experience. Instead of spreading its attention across transactional messaging, CRM, and marketing, the platform centers on permission-based communication through email, SMS, social media, and events.

That was something we appreciated during testing. We could find our way around quickly, and getting a campaign ready didn’t involve much hunting through menus. There are plenty of pre-made email templates, an AI template builder, and a Canva integration for pulling your designs straight into a campaign. The multichannel AI campaign builder was a nice surprise, too. Give it one prompt, and it can create content for email, social media, and events.

Speaking of the latter, this is where Constant Contact has a real edge over Brevo. You can build branded event pages, take registrations, sell tickets through Stripe or PayPal, and handle the promotion from the same platform.

The main drawback we found, though, is transactional email. Constant Contact doesn’t have Brevo’s dedicated transactional sending capabilities, although you can automate simpler follow-ups using lists or tags. If you need real-time receipts, order confirmations, or shipping updates, you can easily integrate it with a dedicated transactional provider.

Key features

  • AI content generation for email, SMS, and social media
  • Multi-step automation paths with triggers, delays, and tagging
  • Social media scheduling and social inbox
  • List-building tools with pop-up forms, landing pages, and mobile business-card scanning

Pros

Cons

  • You’ll need to connect a separate provider for transactional sends
  • A/B testing is limited to subject lines

Pricing

Unlike Brevo, which primarily prices by email sends, Constant Contact’s pricing increases as your contact list grows, so it’s worth comparing both models based on your list size and sending frequency.

The Lite plan starts at $12/month for 500 contacts and covers the essentials. Standard starts at $35/month, adding stronger automation, segmentation, AI, and reporting tools, while Premium starts at $80/month with advanced automation, dynamic content, and ecommerce features.

You can also test the platform through the 30-day free trial before choosing a paid plan.

2. MailerLite

A screenshoot showing how MailerLite lets you choose between drag-and-drop, simple, and custom HTML email editors.

Next, we have MailerLite, a simple tool to help you get your email marketing back on track. During testing, we could build a newsletter, jump over to a sign-up form, and put together a welcome automation without having to stop and figure out where everything lived. For anyone who finds Brevo’s growing collection of CRM, transactional, and multichannel tools a little more than they need, that simplicity is a genuine selling point.

The email editor is clean and easy to figure out, with pre-built content blocks that helped us put together a good-looking campaign quickly. We also liked that MailerLite doesn’t stop at newsletters. You can create landing pages and websites, run surveys, sell digital products and subscriptions, and monetize a newsletter without having several creator tools.

Automation is where we’d think more carefully about the switch, though. Setting up a welcome series or other everyday workflow may be simple, but Brevo gives you more room for complex customer journeys and multichannel communication. MailerLite makes more sense when you’d rather have fewer things to work with and actually use most of what you’re paying for.

Key features

  • Three email editors, including drag-and-drop and custom HTML
  • Personalization and segmentation features
  • Digital product, subscription, and paid newsletter tools
  • Campaign A/B testing and automated resend campaigns

Pros

  • Simpler to navigate than major competitors for everyday email marketing
  • Fewer distractions if you don’t need Brevo’s CRM and multichannel tools
  • Stronger built-in tools for selling digital products and paid newsletters

Cons

  • Automation is less advanced than Brevo
  • Pages and automations occasionally felt sluggish during testing

Pricing

MailerLite’s paid plans start with Comfort at $12/month for 500 subscribers, including 5,000 emails/month, templates, AI tools, and up to 50 automations. Power starts at $25/month and adds unlimited emails and automations, landing pages, pop-ups, and user seats.

There’s also a free plan for up to 250 subscribers and 2,500 monthly emails, plus a 14-day trial of premium features for new users.

3. GetResponse

An image showing various pre-made newsletter templates from GetResponse's platform.
GetResponse has a library of predesigned email templates for different campaigns to speed up email creation. Image source: GetResponse

With GetResponse, it’s pretty easy to start building an email and end up creating the entire journey around it. That happened to us during testing. A campaign led us to a landing page, then a sign-up form, an automation, and eventually a sales funnel connecting everything together.

This Brevo alternative gives you plenty of ways to capture a lead and decide what happens next. The conversion funnel builder is actually useful here, as you can connect landing pages, forms, emails, follow-ups, and sales steps around one goal instead of setting everything up separately.

Creating the actual emails was quite uneventful. The editor was easy to work with, with numerous pre-made templates, though these are only available on paid plans. The AI generator also guided us through the audience, tone, layout, and colors before producing a campaign. We spent less time fixing the first draft than we expected.

Then there are the extras. GetResponse can host webinars and courses, run paid newsletters, and support businesses selling their expertise online. Those aren’t tools every Brevo user will need, but for coaches, educators, and creators, they can replace software you’d otherwise pay for separately.

Key features

  • Built-in webinar hosting and automated webinar promotion
  • Sales and lead-generation funnels
  • AI Course creator and premium newsletters
  • Behavior-based automation with scoring and tagging

Pros

  • More ways than Brevo to turn subscribers into paying customers
  • Strong choice for educators, coaches, and creators selling knowledge
  • Funnels connect landing pages, emails, and sales steps in one workflow

Cons

  • Advanced automation and ecommerce tools require higher plans
  • Costs can climb quickly as your contact list grows

Pricing

Starter begins at $19/month for 1,000 contacts, while Marketer starts at $59/month and adds unlimited automation, advanced segmentation, sales funnels, and ecommerce tools. Creator starts at $69/month and adds webinars, courses, and paid newsletters. Larger businesses can opt for the Enterprise plan, which has custom pricing and includes extras such as SMS, transactional email, and dedicated support.

There’s also a free plan for up to 500 contacts and 2,500 monthly newsletters, plus a 14-day free trial of premium features.

4. Mailchimp

An image showing Mailchimp's multivariate testing features, including the combinations you can make on a single campaign.
Mailchimp’s multivariate testing lets you test different combinations of subject lines, content, and send times. Image source: Mailchimp

Mailchimp hardly needs an introduction, as its name has become shorthand for email marketing. But popularity isn’t a reason to leave Brevo, so we wanted to see what Mailchimp actually does better.

For us, the answer was campaign optimization. Mailchimp gives you plenty of ways to experiment, including A/B and multivariate testing on higher plans, send-time optimization, behavioral targeting, and detailed comparative reports. If you’re regularly testing campaigns and trying to squeeze more from each send, there’s a lot to dig into.

We also enjoyed working in the email editor. It felt polished without being restrictive, and the Creative Assistant can generate branded designs from your website assets when you don’t want to start from scratch. Automation is handled through Customer Journeys, where you can branch workflows based on how contacts behave and interact with your marketing.

The catch here is pricing. Brevo primarily charges according to email volume, while Mailchimp’s plans are tied to contacts and send limits. Your contact total can also include subscribed, unsubscribed, and non-subscribed contacts, so keeping your audience tidy matters if you don’t want to pay for people you can no longer market to.

Key features

  • Predictive segmentation and behavioral targeting
  • Multivariate testing for 8 different combos and send-time optimization
  • Social media management and retargeting ads
  • SMS marketing options

Pros

  • More campaign testing and optimization options than Brevo
  • Strong reporting for comparing campaign performance over time
  • Large integration ecosystem for connecting your existing marketing tools

Cons

  • Unsubscribed and non-subscribed contacts can count toward your contact total
  • Transactional email and SMS cost extra and require separate add-ons

Further reading: If Mailchimp doesn’t quite tick all the boxes, our Mailchimp alternatives guide covers other platforms worth considering.

Pricing

Mailchimp’s paid plans start with Essentials at $13/month for 500 contacts, followed by Standard at $20/month, which adds more advanced automation, optimization, and reporting tools. Premium starts at $350/month and includes features such as multivariate testing, comparative reporting, and priority support.

There’s also a limited free plan for up to 250 contacts and 500 monthly email sends, with a daily sending limit of 250 emails.

5. Moosend

Moosend makes a strong case for businesses that want more automation without a big jump in price. Its plans include unlimited email sends, while features such as advanced segmentation, personalization, and detailed reporting are available without pushing you through multiple upgrades.

Automation was the highlight for us. The visual builder made it easy to connect triggers, conditions, and actions, but there’s plenty of depth once you move beyond basic welcome sequences. You can build workflows around subscriber behavior, purchases, website activity, and custom events, with ready-made recipes available if you don’t want to start from scratch.

Campaign creation is equally flexible, with conditional content, countdown timers, product blocks, and A/B testing giving you more room to experiment. Compared with Brevo, we also liked being able to create custom reporting dashboards around the metrics we actually wanted to follow.

The experience isn’t flawless, though. Parts of the interface look dated, and we encountered occasional bugs and sluggishness while testing. Moosend also lacks Brevo’s built-in CRM and SMS tools, so its appeal is firmly in email marketing and automation at an accessible price.

Key features

  • Visual automation builder with ready-made workflow recipes
  • Conditional content and advanced personalization
  • Custom reporting dashboards and real-time analytics
  • Landing pages and pop-up forms for list growth

Pros

  • More affordable access to advanced automation than Brevo
  • Unlimited email sends on paid plans
  • Plenty of customization for campaigns and reporting

Cons

  • Interface can feel dated, with occasional bugs and slowdowns
  • No built-in CRM or native SMS marketing tools

Pricing

Paid plans start at $9/month for 500 subscribers and unlimited email sending, letting you access all features, like the email editor, forms, landing page builder, transactional emails, reporting, and audience management tools. For more functionality, you can get a custom Moosend+ plan, giving you access to enterprise-level tools without committing to a fixed bundle. An enterprise plan with custom pricing is also available.

You can also try the platform with a 30-day free trial.

6. AWeber

AWeber has been around for years, but it hasn’t stood still. Its recently updated email editor feels much fresher than the platform’s age might suggest, making it a good Brevo alternative if newsletters are your priority and you don’t need a broader CRM and multichannel setup.

One feature we had fun experimenting with was the AI Newsletter Assistant. Give it your website URL, and it can pull ideas from your existing content to suggest newsletter topics, which takes some of the “what do I send this week?” pressure off.

AWeber also gives you plenty of control over the actual send. You can segment subscribers, run A/B tests, automate follow-ups based on clicks and opens, and preview campaigns across devices before they go out. Ecommerce integrations with platforms such as Shopify and WooCommerce are available if you want to bring purchase activity into your email strategy.

Where AWeber feels more limited is once your marketing becomes more complex. While Brevo offers considerably more depth for CRM and transactional messaging, AWeber keeps things firmly email-first, which can be a plus if that’s exactly what you’re after.

Key features

  • AI Newsletter Assistant for generating content ideas
  • A/B testing for subject lines and email content
  • Landing pages with ecommerce and payment tools
  • 750+ integrations with popular business apps (natively or through Zapier)

Pros

  • Simpler email-first experience than Brevo
  • Large library of email and landing page templates
  • 24/7 customer support, including phone support

Cons

  • Reporting is fairly basic compared with Brevo
  • Advanced automation and segmentation are limited to higher plans

Pricing

AWeber’s Lite plan starts at $15/month for up to 500 subscribers, while Plus starts at $30/month and unlocks more advanced automation, segmentation, reporting, and testing features. There’s also a Done For You plan starting at $30/month, plus a one-time setup fee for AWeber’s team to help build and launch your marketing setup.

A free plan is also available for up to 500 subscribers and 3,000 monthly email sends, although it includes AWeber branding and more limited features.

7. Mailjet

This image from Mailjet’s dashboard provides a real-time view of email delivery and engagement activity.

Mailjet is worth a closer look if you have a large audience but don’t email it constantly. Like Brevo, it charges by email volume, while its Essential and Premium plans include unlimited contacts, which can help keep costs down as your list grows.

But affordable sending isn’t the only reason to consider it. We found the email editor easy to get around, with Brand Kit doing some of the setup work by pulling your logo, colors, and fonts from your website. Teams can also edit campaigns together in real time, leave comments, and control what individual users can change.

Mailjet gets really interesting if marketing and transactional email need to coexist. You can send newsletters alongside receipts, password resets, and order confirmations using its SMTP relay or Email API, with reporting kept under the same roof. If transactional email is becoming the bigger part of your operation, its sister platform Mailgun (both tools are owned by Sinch) is also worth exploring for more developer-focused sending infrastructure.

The compromise here is automation. Mailjet now has a visual workflow builder with triggers, conditions, delays, and actions, but it doesn’t go as deep as Brevo for sophisticated customer journeys. Segmentation is also more limited.

Key features

  • SMTP relay and REST API for transactional emails
  • Dynamic content and server-side personalization
  • Email address validation and deliverability monitoring
  • Real-time analytics with delivery, bounce, and click tracking

Pros

  • Unlimited contacts on Essential and Premium plans
  • Affordable for growing lists thanks to volume-based pricing
  • Brings marketing and transactional emails into one platform

Cons

  • Less advanced automation than Brevo
  • Contact management and segmentation can feel limited for complex audiences

Pricing

Mailjet’s pricing is based mainly on monthly email volume. The Starter plan begins at $9/month for 8,000 emails and up to 2,000 contacts. Essential starts at $17/month for 15,000 emails and unlocks unlimited contacts, segmentation, AI tools, and removes Mailjet branding. Premium starts at $27/month for 15,000 emails, adding automation, landing pages, advanced reporting, and team management.

There’s also a free plan with 6,000 emails per month, up to 1,000 contacts, and a 200-email daily sending limit.

8. Omnisend

An image from Omnisend showing pre-built ecommerce automation workflows for cart abandonment, post-purchase emails, product reviews, and more.
Omnisend allows you to choose from pre-built ecommerce automation workflows for cart abandonment, post-purchase emails, product reviews, and more. Image source: Omnisend

Brevo can handle ecommerce marketing, but if your online store is the rising star of your business, Omnisend is much more purpose-built for the job.

While building campaigns, we could pull products from a connected store straight into an email instead of manually adding images, prices, and links. Product recommendations and conditional content also make it easier to tailor campaigns around shopper behavior.

Automation follows the same ecommerce-first approach. There are ready-made workflows for abandoned carts, welcome campaigns, order follow-ups, and product abandonment, with email, SMS, and push notifications available within the same journey. Instead of figuring out how to adapt a general automation builder to your store, much of the groundwork is already there.

The email editor was another nice surprise. Device testing helped us polish campaigns, product blocks cut down repetitive work, and the new dark mode made everything a little easier on the eyes.

Omnisend is more specialized than Brevo, though. As an ecommerce email marketing tool first, it lacks some of Brevo’s CRM and transactional capabilities. But if your contacts are mostly shoppers and your automations focus on driving purchases, that specialization can be a strength.

Key features

  • Product recommendations and product picker for ecommerce emails
  • Pre-built workflows for cart, checkout, and product abandonment
  • Email, SMS, and web push notifications in automated journeys
  • Ecommerce segmentation based on shopping and purchase behavior

Pros

  • More specialized ecommerce marketing tools than Brevo
  • Automations are already designed around common shopper journeys
  • Product-focused email tools save time when building campaigns

Cons

  • Less suitable if you need a CRM and sales tools
  • Costs can rise as your contact list and sending needs grow

Pricing

Omnisend’s Standard plan starts at $16/month for 500 contacts and includes 6,000 monthly emails plus unlimited web push notifications. Pro starts at $59/month for 2,500 contacts, with unlimited email sends, advanced AI personalization, and SMS available from $0.007 per message.

There’s also a very limited free plan for up to 250 contacts, including 500 emails and 500 web push notifications per month.

9. Kit

Kit’s email editor keeps newsletter creation simple, with tools for formatting text, adding images, and customizing content.

Recently we found out that 73% of small business owners globally now see themselves as content creators to some degree, according to our latest Small Business Now Q2 report. If that sounds like you, Kit (formerly ConvertKit) may feel more at home than Brevo.

This Brevo alternative is built around growing an audience and making money from it. You can sell digital products, memberships, and paid newsletters, accept tips, and earn through recommendations, all alongside your email marketing.

That creator focus was obvious when we tested the editor. It’s simpler and more text-led than Brevo, which works nicely for emails meant to feel personal rather than heavily designed. The automation builder follows suit, with tagging, subscriber actions, and pre-built journeys for things like lead magnets, nurture sequences, and purchases.

The main drawback we agreed on here is versatility. Design options are limited, A/B testing only covers subject lines, and you don’t get Brevo’s multichannel tools. But for creator-led businesses that want to turn an audience into income, Kit has a much clearer focus.

Key features

  • Visual automations with audience tagging and segmentation
  • Built-in digital product and subscription sales
  • Unlimited landing pages and sign-up forms
  • Subscriber Signals and engagement analytics on Pro

Pros

  • Strong built-in monetization tools for creator-led businesses
  • Unlimited email broadcasts across all plans
  • More creator-focused audience growth tools than Brevo

Cons

  • Limited flexibility for highly designed email campaigns
  • Has a higher starting price than most email marketing tools out there

Pricing

Kit’s Creator plan starts at $39/month for 1,000 subscribers and includes unlimited visual automations, email sequences, and subject line A/B testing. Pro starts at $79/month and adds Subscriber Signals, engagement analytics, unlimited users, and an insights dashboard. Both paid plans come with a 14-day free trial.

The Newsletter plan is free for up to 10,000 subscribers. It includes unlimited email broadcasts, landing pages, forms, tagging, segmentation, and digital product sales, but limits you to one basic visual automation.

10. ActiveCampaign

ActiveCampaign’s AI assistant, Active Intelligence, works alongside the automation builder to help create and refine customer journeys.
ActiveCampaign’s Active Intelligence works alongside the automation builder to help create and refine customer journeys. Image source: ActiveCampaign

If Brevo’s automations are starting to feel a little too limiting, ActiveCampaign gives you plenty more room to experiment. We spent some time building workflows ourselves, and this is where the platform made its strongest impression.

The automation builder let us combine behavioral triggers, website activity, purchases, lead scoring, CRM data, and branching logic to create highly specific customer journeys. We also liked how easy it was to see where each path would take a contact, even as our workflows became more complex.

ActiveCampaign has also put AI right at the center of the experience. The AI assistant, Active Intelligence, can build campaigns and automations from natural-language prompts, surface insights, and help figure out what should happen next. We found ourselves relying on it more as our workflows became more ambitious, rather than treating it as another AI writing tool.

However, there’s a catch to having this much control, and you’ll want to clear some time on your calendar to learn what everything does. You also get built-in CRM and sales automation, which makes sense if you want your marketing and sales processes working more closely together.

Key features

  • Predictive sending and AI-powered campaign optimization
  • Advanced segmentation with behavioral and CRM data
  • Built-in CRM with lead scoring and sales pipelines
  • Site and event tracking for behavior-based targeting

Pros

  • More advanced automation and personalization than Brevo
  • Strong connection between marketing and sales workflows
  • Extensive behavioral tracking and segmentation options

Cons

  • Takes more time to learn and configure than Brevo
  • Additional features like WhatsApp, CRM, SMS, transactional email, and custom reports cost extra

Pricing

ActiveCampaign’s Starter plan starts at $19/month for 1,000 contacts, covering email marketing and basic automation. Plus starts at $59/month, while Pro starts at $89/month and unlocks more advanced automation, personalization, and reporting capabilities. Enterprise starts at $159/month for businesses needing additional controls, support, and scalability.

There’s no free plan, but ActiveCampaign offers a 14-day free trial to test the platform before subscribing.

How to choose the right alternative to Brevo

By this point, you probably have one or two platforms that caught your attention. Before moving your contacts over, though, give them a proper test. A tool can look perfect on paper and feel very different once you’re actually building a campaign in it.

Here’s what we recommend:

  • Test the tasks you do every week: Import a small contact list, build an email, create a segment, and recreate one of your Brevo automations. You’ll quickly notice whether the new workflow actually feels better.
  • Dig into the feature you care about most: If you’re switching for better automation, build a complex workflow. If it’s reporting, see whether you can easily find the numbers you normally track. This is where you want the alternative to prove itself.
  • Calculate what you’d really pay: Plug in your current contact count and sending volume, then factor in extras such as SMS, additional users, transactional email, or advanced reporting.
  • Try the paid features, not just the free plan: Free plans are useful for a quick look around, but you’ll probably outgrow them quickly. A premium trial gives you a much better idea of what the platform will be like once you’re actually paying for it.
  • Think a year ahead: Consider where your list, sending volume, and marketing needs are heading so you don’t end up shopping for another platform six months from now.

And remember, focus on what will make your day-to-day marketing easier, both now and as your business grows.

Put your new email platform to work

The options on this list solve very different problems. Some simplify everyday email marketing, while others go deeper into ecommerce, automation, creator tools, or campaign optimization.

Once you have a couple of favorites, spend some time actually using them. Building a real campaign or recreating one of your existing workflows will tell you much more than comparing another list of features.

If you’re looking for an easier way to manage email alongside SMS, social media, and events, Constant Contact is a great place to start. You can try it free for 30 days, build a few campaigns, explore the automation tools, and see how it fits into your day-to-day marketing before committing to a paid plan.

FAQs

1. What features should I look for in a Brevo alternative?

Start with the reason you’re considering switching. Look for stronger automation, reporting, ecommerce tools, campaign testing, or easier day-to-day management depending on what Brevo is currently missing for you. Then compare pricing at your actual contact count and sending volume, including extras like SMS, transactional email, and additional users.

2. Which Brevo alternatives are best for small businesses?

Constant Contact and MailerLite are two strong options for small businesses that want straightforward email marketing without unnecessary complexity. Constant Contact is pretty useful if you also want SMS, social media, event marketing, and access to hands-on customer support. MailerLite is a simpler choice for businesses primarily focused on email, forms, and landing pages. For more specialized needs, Omnisend is better suited to ecommerce stores, while Kit caters to creators who want to monetize their audience.

3. How do I migrate from Brevo to another email marketing platform?

First, export your contacts from Brevo, including any fields you’ll need for segmentation and personalization. Before importing them into your new platform, clean your list and remove contacts you no longer need. You’ll also need to recreate important forms, segments, templates, and automations rather than assuming everything will transfer automatically. We recommend testing your most important campaigns and workflows in the new platform before completely switching over.

4. Is Brevo (formerly Sendinblue) free?

Yes. Brevo has a free plan that lets you store up to 100,000 contacts and send up to 300 emails per day. However, it comes with Brevo branding and leaves out features such as landing pages and more advanced reporting and automation capabilities. If you’re comparing alternatives, don’t look at free plans alone. A premium trial often gives you a much better idea of whether a platform can actually replace the Brevo features you use on a paid plan.

5. Which Brevo alternative is best for my industry?

It depends more on how you market than your industry alone. Ecommerce stores may prefer Omnisend for its product and purchase-based marketing tools, while creators, coaches, and educators may get more value from Kit or GetResponse. For service businesses, real estate professionals, photographers, nonprofits, and other small businesses that rely on newsletters, events, social media, and ongoing customer communication, Constant Contact offers a broader mix of everyday marketing tools in one platform.
